This project was implemented within the framework of supporting national initiatives aimed at promoting innovation and developing applied research. The work encompassed the design and execution of a comprehensive conference experience, from visual identity to on-site operational details. The project included the creation of main reception gates reflecting the initiative's identity, and the design and installation of informational platforms (stands) to professionally present the initiative's objectives and content, ensuring clear and engaging communication for visitors and participants. The project also included the overall site layout of the conference, audience flow management, and the prominent display of the organizing entity's branding in a modern style aligned with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. This contributed to providing a well-organized and distinctive experience for attendees from academic and governmental institutions. The project focused on achieving integration between organizational and visual aspects, reflecting a high level of professionalism in event and conference management.
